Mon, April 12 - Day 56

Today the plan was to challenge Brian's drain to monitor it for the next couple of days.

After this morning's CT scan & after 2 days of low ICPs and draining, they decided to skip the challenge and clamp the drain - aka they feel confident that his brain is doing the work on its own and no shunt needed! Tomorrow AM he will go for another scan just to make sure everything is looking normal. Thank you God, for answered prayers!

Otherwise, things are pretty calm - vitals are stable, swelling is coming down!
